The questions everyone asks first
What's a "consent decision"?
One visitor making one choice — Accept, Reject, or a custom selection. Not a pageview. A returning visitor whose choice is already saved doesn't cost you another decision, so 10,000 a month covers a lot of real traffic.
What happens if I hit the cap?
We pause the consent log for the rest of the month — never your billing, and never the banner. Your visitors keep getting asked and their choices keep being honoured; only the audit recording pauses. No surprise overage charge, ever.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign in with your email, add your site, and the Free plan runs indefinitely. You only enter card details if and when you choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard. You drop back to Free at the end of the period — your banner keeps running.
